Delivery

Orders will be delivered by DHL Express, FedEx or UPS in 5-7 business days. Shipment type is International Priority. We cover the cost if there will be an issue during the shipment.

IVFSmart does not sell any OTC or prescription required medications. IVFSmart does not accept any type of payments. IVFSmart is a consulting application helping patients to reach IVF medications with lowest prices.

We ship medications all over the world daily. Once payment has been issued, your medicines will be shipped out immediately and you can receive it as fast as 5-7 business days. Our recommendation is to give yourself 2 weeks prior to your cycle date for the medicines to arrive due to customs. We sometimes have delays due to customs.

We require a prescription from a licensed physician for all orders to either be Emailed or Faxed. Although IVFSmart uses secure encrypted servers IVFSmart claims no liability in the case of a third party committing fraud or misconduct.
Prescriptions and personal information are stored securely in our database. A copy of your prescription will accompany your shipment for customs.
Both the FDA and European Medicines Agency require medications to be dispensed with an expiration date and lot numbers. Medications we ship ALWAYS have expirations 1-4 years from the time of shipment giving you ample time to use the medications.

Based on worldwide customs prohibitions, IVFSmart is unable to supply loose syringes and needles in shipments. Sometimes syringes are sealed in the package as an integral part of the item. You can obtain extra syringes from your physician, pharmacist or local pharmacy.
